With over 30 years of experience in the Medical Devices industry across MEA, Rolla Tohme brings a strong combination of strategic leadership, commercial and operational expertise, and deep regional knowledge to Grafen Group.  \Her career spans senior leadership roles where she managed multi-million-dollar P&Ls, led high-performing teams, and drove market expansion across the Gulf, Levant, Turkey, Iran, Pakistan, and Africa.  She has a proven track record of delivering above-plan results in complex regulatory environments, navigating sanctions, and building distributor networks from the ground up.

Today, as Chief Commercial Officer at Grafen Group, she draws on this experience to drive sustainable growth and strengthen the company’s presence across its markets. Her leadership is rooted in a strong commitment to partnerships, innovation and a people-centric approach, with a focus on building trusted relationships, empowering teams and generating long-term value for customers, partners and the organization.
